Most election issues probably don't matter that much to you if you are 18ish. But this one does;
Labor wants to bring in the Australian internet filter, for those of you unfamiliar, it will literally slow your internet down to a grinding hault, and all you can do about it is "opt-out" with your service provider, which only sets you to a less strong filter. This plan of theirs has been in the works for ages, luckily the public is fighting it (with good reason), but if labor gets in power those fucking retards will no doubt try to enforce it sometime during thier reign of retardom. It's pathetic censorship to say the least. Parents should teach kids internet safety and monitor them, not fucking "HERES A COMPUTER FOR UR ROOM CUZ THE INTERNETS SAFE 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHER LOLZOLZ".
anyway thats my rant.
Finally, I know a lot of you youngins are just going to vote for greens because you want to help the environment, no beef with that. But don't vote for them in the lower house. Greens give their votes to labor in the lower house, so a vote for greens there is a vote for labor. In the senate, sure why not!

The clan I'm talking about is Chivalry Legions, every time i have seen CL hit rock bottom it has bounced back 10 times stronger. It's like we grow a layer of skin every time we lose a member. I don't think the coalition have a very different attitude to the filter though.
This + the company tax (in case you don't know it's companies like woolworths and coles that will have a tax increase which leads to higher cost of groceries and other items) AND he plans on bringing back a part of the work choices faggotry so you have less rights in the workplace.
Internet doesn't mean the world to me and if they want to block shitty sites like 4chan they can go ahead and do it.
